1. Project review before tooling. It includes the part design analysis, mold construction optimization, and machining precision, mandatory documents for every project
2. Check supplier qualification.
3. Check raw material from our suppliers, require material or hardness certification.
4. Check all standard parts of the mold after receiving.
5. Dimensional check for electrodes and mold inserts.
6. Check all necessary inspection during the mold making.
7. Inspect samples, and provide measurement report.
8. Test of cooling system and a 5 hours runing before mold shipping.
9. All aspects checking of the mold before shipping, provide mold usage manual.
10. Internal auditing every year to ensure implementation effectively.
